All Ubuntu Sipware products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production, plus standard courier delivery times (typically 2–5 business days depending on your location).

Each item is custom-made to your specifications, which means returns are generally not accepted. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• Customised products cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect information provided during the order process (e.g. misspelled names).
• We encourage careful review of all details during order confirmation, and we may request design approval before production.
• If there is a mistake on our side, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.
